Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Dollaa Dealss. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after processing. Shipping times may vary depending on product demand and warehouse location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs

• Weather

• High order volume

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

These delays are outside of our control.

No Cancellations After Processing

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier system.

Delivered Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages due to fulfillment from different warehouses.
